Web 2.0 Websites

Web 2.0 Websites
This activity is to familiarize you with many of the different types of websites that are popping up all over the web that are useful in helping to deliver information for school projects as well as other applications. First follow this link to a definition of the web 2.0 and discuss as a class.
http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/W/Web_2_point_0.html
Then follow this link to an interactive list of sites that has been developed by some of my fellow DEN members to explore some of these sites.

Select one site to evaluate and then have it approved by me.
Then post your evaluation of your chosen website to this blog. Your post should include this information:
1. Name and URL of website.
2. Do you have to create a log-in?
3. Is it free?
4. What type of school projects might this be good for?
5. Is it easy to use?
6. Will you recommend this site to others?
